Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV), Palampur, today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (RVSKV), Gwalior, to strengthen cooperation in the fields of teaching, research and extension education.

The MoU aims to promote collaborative academic activities, joint research initiatives, exchange of scientific knowledge, and extension programmes between the two agricultural universities. The agreement will also facilitate faculty and student exchange programmes for enhancing academic exposure, research interaction and institutional cooperation.

Speaking on the occasion, Vice-Chancellor Dr AK Panda said that collaboration between agricultural universities was essential for strengthening innovation, quality education and sustainable agricultural development. He expressed confidence that the partnership would open new avenues for collaborative research, capacity-building and academic excellence.

Officials from both institutions termed the MoU a significant step towards promoting mutual cooperation and sharing of expertise in agricultural sciences and allied sectors for the benefit of students, researchers and farming communities.
