Palmeiras are making a move for Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos.
The Brazil U20 captain was signed in January from Vasco da Gama and is now in England after leading his country to victory in the U20 South American Championship.
Santos has seen his UK work permit application rejected. As such, a loan move is now likely for the youngster.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports: "More on Andrey Santos.
"Chelsea are now in advanced talks with Palmeiras as favourite destination for loan move after work permit rejected by Premier League again."
