
Kota Kinabalu: Senator Datuk Bobbey A. Suan suggested the Ministry of Health and Public Works resolve the problem of traffic congestion as a result of the lack of parking in government hospitals, especially the two Queen Elizabeth Hospitals here which has been going on for years.
According to him, it is because existing parking area cannot accommodate the daily number of patients and visitors that is in the range of 1,000 to 21,000 people a day.
He also proposed to the Federal Government to establish a Philippine Consulate General Office in Sabah to address the problem of illegal immigrants who cause various social problems in Sabah.
