Parklinks Mall to open next year – Ayala Land

THE Parklinks Mall is scheduled to open in 2027, marking the next retail component of the mixed-use development being jointly developed by Ayala Land Inc. and Eton Properties.

The mall, which will serve as the estate's retail and lifestyle hub, will have a gross floor area of 69,000 square meters, including approximately 41,000 square meters of leasable retail space, Ayala Land said in a statement on Sunday.

Ahead of its opening, the developers plan to launch the estate's first retail pavilions by the end of 2026, introducing specialty restaurants and dining concepts to begin commercial operations within the development.

The project update was announced during the Parklinks Run, which gave participants a glimpse of the estate's ongoing development.

Ayala Land and Eton are also expanding the estate's residential, educational and lifestyle components.

Residential developments include Parklinks North and South Towers by Ayala Land Premier and The Lattice by Alveo Land, while the recently opened Parklinks Experience Center showcases the estate's master plan and residential offerings.

The new campus of Multiple Intelligence International School is scheduled to open in August 2026, offering programs from toddler level through Grade 12.

Meanwhile, Casa Ibarra Parklinks is expected to open later this year. The 3,178-square-meter events venue will house two ballrooms with a combined capacity of up to 850 guests for conferences, corporate events and weddings.

The developers said about half of the estate had been allocated to parks, open spaces and recreational areas, including a three-hectare Central Park, landscaped riverfront areas and an eco-forest planted with native tree species.

The estate also features the Parklinks Bridge, which connects the Pasig and Quezon City sides of the development to improve accessibility for pedestrians and motorists.

Parklinks is a joint venture between Ayala Land and Eton Properties and is one of the largest master-planned mixed-use estates in Metro Manila's eastern corridor.

Ayala Land shares on Monday slipped P0.04, or 0.24 percent, to close at P16.96 each.
