MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite will have water interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Manila Water Company Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. said on Sunday.
Manila Water said some parts of Brgy. Jesus de la Peña in Marikina City will have no water on September 22-23 between 9 p.m and 6 a.m. because of zero pressure testing works at Riverside Drive and Provident Village to detect leaks.
In Quezon City, some areas in the villages of Pasong Tamo and Santo Cristo will have service interruptions on September 22-23 between 10 p.m and 4 a.m. due to zero pressure testing activities at Congressional cor. Visayas Ave and at Road 8 cor. Mindanao Ave.
Some parts of Brgy. Kamuning will have no water on September 24-25 between 10 p.m and 4 a.m. because of zero pressure testing activities. Also, some areas in Brgy. Pasong Tamo will have no water on September 24-25 between 11 p.m and 4 a.m. due to zero pressure testing activities at Fern Village.
In Rizal province, some places in the villages of Libid, Libis, Layunan and Lunsad in Binangonan will have water interruptions on September 22-23 between 10 p.m. and 4 p.m. because of leak detection activities.
Some parts of Brgy. Tayuman in Binangonan, Rizal will have service interruptions on September 24-25 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to leak detection activities along Barrio Road.
Meanwhile, Maynilad said some portions of Brgy. 171 in Caloocan City will have water service interruptions on September 21-22 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of leak localization works at Union Drive corner Congressional Road.
Some areas in Brgy. 166 will have no water on September 23-24 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of leak localization activities.
Also, some areas in the villages of 178, 179, 180, 182, 183 and 185 in Caloocan City and some locations in the villages of Greater Lagro and Pasong Putik in Quezon City will have service interruptions on September 21-22 between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. because of leak repair activities along Quirino Highway.
Some parts of Brgy. Gulod and some portions of Brgy. Sta Monica will have water interruptions on September 21-22 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of leak detection activities.
In Malabon City, several places in the villages of Baritan, Bayan-Bayanan, Concepcion, Dampalit, Flores and Hulong Duhat will have water interruptions on September 21-22 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of leak localization activities at Naval cor. Women’s Club.
InManila City, several areas in the villages of Brgy. 234, 235, 239 to 242, 244, 249, 250, 252, 254, 255, 257, 258, 259, 260, 261, 264, 265, 266, 287, 288, 289, 291, 292,293, 294, 295, 296, 297, 298, 299, 300, 301, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 313, 314 315, 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, 332, 333, 334, and 335 will have service interruptions on September 24-25 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of leak localization works at Muelle De La Industria.
Some sections of Brgy. Tanza 1 and Brgy. Tanza 2 in Navotas City will have water interruptions on September 21-22 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of leak localization works.
In Imus City, Cavite several places in the villages of Alapan I-C, Anabu I-A, Anabu I-B, Anabu I-C, Anabu I-D, Anabu I-E, Anabu I-F, Anabu II-A, Anabu II- B, Anabu II-C, Anabu II-D, Anabu II-E, Bayan Luma I, Bayan Luma II, Bayan Luma III, Bayan Luma IV, Bayan Luma V, Bayan Luma VI, Bayan Luma VII, Bayan Luma VIII, Bayan Luma IX, Bukandala III, Bukandala IV, Bukandala V, Carsadang Bago I, Carsadang Bago II, Malagasang 1-A, Malagasang I-B, Malagasang I-C, Malagasang I-D, Malagasang I-E, Malagasang I-F, Malagasang I-G, Medicion I-B, Poblacion III-B, Poblacion IV-B, Poblacion IV-D, and Tanzang Luma VI will have water service interruptions from September 21-27 between 5 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. because of the network and facility limitations of the Patindig Araw pumping station.
