Pasay roads closed for running event

MANILA, Philippines — Several roads in Pasay City will be closed early Sunday for a running event, according to the Pasay Traffic and Parking Management Office.

The traffic office said the closures would be enforced from 1:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure the safety of participants and the smooth conduct of the Rexona 10 Miler Run 2026

Affected roads include SM MOA Block 16, Seaside Avenue, Diokno Avenue with zipper lane at the impounding area, Buendia Extension, Macapagal Avenue up to the PNB U-turn with zipper lane, Jalandoni Street northbound, and Sotto Street with zipper lane at the PICC side.

Also covered by the road closure are Roxas Boulevard southbound from Quirino Avenue up to the boundary of Parañaque City, Bukanig Street with zipper lane, and Atang dela Rama with zipper lane at the PICC side.

Motorists were advised to plan their trips ahead and take alternate routes to avoid inconvenience, the traffic office said.
