Operatives of the Pasig City Police arrested the city’s Top 4 Most Wanted Person in his hiding place in Echague City, Isabela.
Arrested was a certain Quin,who is facing 61 counts of qualified theft.
In his report to Pasig City police chief, Col. Hendrix Mangaldan, Lt. Romel Bayle, officer-in-charge of San Joaquin Police Sub-station 4 said the suspect was arrested on Feb. 4, 2026 in Echague City, Isabela.
The Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 162 issued the warrant of arrest on Dec. 11, 2025. Bayle said that the manhunt operation was conducted with coordination with the Echague Municipal Police Station and other units in said province.
"This remarkable operation underscores the unwavering resolve of Pasig Elite Force to hunt down every fugitive, uphold the rule of law, and deliver justice without fear or favor,” Mangaldan said.
A bail of P2,068,000 was recommended for the provisional liberty of the suspect.
