Sah stayed with Hafiz at his home at Batu 10, Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, throughout the period, and worked at the latter’s burger stall near the area.

A 21-year-old man who went missing was actually working at his friend’s burger stall the whole time

Hulu Selangor District Police Chief, Superintendent Husin Ibrahim, said that Sah did not update anyone on his whereabouts due to his damaged phone.

“He claimed that his phone was damaged, and that he had the keys to his house and could go home any time,” Husin said in a statement, as reported by Kosmo!.

Sah, however, called his wife on 24 October, who was in Kunak, Sabah. He phoned her around 6 PM, and he was told that his brother-in-law had lodged a police report about his disappearance.

After knowing the matter, Sah immediately returned to his brother’s house in Bukit Beruntung.

The man then filed a report at the Bukit Sentosa Police Station to inform them that he had returned home, and the case was considered closed.
