SHAH ALAM - The Pelangai State Assembly by-election happening soon raises many questions towards the cost of living and price hike issues relating to rice, onions and even bread recently and the methods of fixing it.
Pelangai State Assembly BN candidate Datuk Amizar Abu Adam in an interview with Sinar was quoted as saying despite there being an increase due to high demands and there were promotions to develop arming and agriculture for the state.
“Regarding the cost of goods, it’s subjective. There’s an increase, but we must understand that demands after Covid-19 with high demand and the lack of products would surely increase.
“We are promoting in Pahang to develop agricultural entrepreneurs, the MB had announce the establishment of the state Durain Board.
“There are works with young entrepreneurs to develop farms and agriculture, that’s what I see.
“This was currently happening all around the country and the word, but I’m sure the state government has a solution by focusing on special products for the public,” he said.
He was also questioned on what could be implemented for the youth and responded with the 3P (placement, income and employment) practices.
“For the youth we will practice the 3P as with the three elements I constantly speak on for the youth as their mindset was to simply have money and it would be sufficient and there were no issues.
“That is what we must stress for the youth generation today,” he said.
