
PENAMPANG: District police have solved Sundays's shopping mall break-in case in Putatan with the arrest of five local men.
District police chief Supt. Sammy Newton said the burglarised shop suffered losses of up to RM92,000.
He said a joint Criminal Investigation Division team with the Sabah Police Contingent raided four separate locations in Kota Kinabalu and Putatan on Monday.
“Five local men aged 20 to 45 years were arrested along with the seizures of goods and items related to the burglary," he said.
