PENAMPANG: Come Wednesday and Thursday, residents here look forward to the weekly Tamu in Donggongon town.
It starts on Wednesday noon till Friday morning, one can see people outside the district thronging in as early as 5.30am to get their stuff.
The Tamu in Donggogon had long been the place for gathering of the older generation and those from the interior to sell their produce. It was also a place to recuperate and bring back fond memories for those who grew up there.
