Penny Lancaster has revealed how she and and husband Rod Stewart keep their relationship strong after 28 years.
The couple met in 1999, before marrying in 2007. They have two children together.
Penny appeared on Loose Women on Thursday (17 September) where she spoke openly about her marriage.
She said: “We're really good at communicating. Rod and I always have a pact about flushing things out, not holding onto things and being honest and that helps grow trust.
“We also agree that we shouldn't row if we've had a drink or two because things are said that you don't really mean.”
