
Kota Kinabalu: A video has gone viral showing a flood victim using an improvised raft to navigate floods in Penang.
Uploaded in the Penang Kini Facebook page, the clip shows the individual rowing through a submerged street atop a container attached to a flat piece of wood, effectively serving as a raft.
The video has been played over 23,000 times and amassed 302 reactions on Facebook.
Several roads were flooded in Penang after continuous heavy rain.
