MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine peso weakened to P63.23 against the US dollar in early trading on Friday, breaching its previous session’s high of P63.15 on Thursday.
The peso opened at P63.03, weaker than Thursday’s opening rate of P62.83, and traded as low as P63 before reaching its intraday high as of 9:49 a.m.
