The joint operation under Op Taring Dosej involved the General Operations Force (GOF), the police, Customs, KPDN, and the Sabah Ports and Harbours Department.
Sabah GOF Commander Datuk Abdul Rani Alias said a foreign man was arrested during the first raid at Kampung Mesra, where barrels of petrol and a wooden boat were found, believed to be linked to cross-border smuggling.
