PH1 World Developers Inc., the property arm of Megawide Construction Corp., more than doubled its booked sales in the first half of 2026 to P3.15 billion from P1.38 billion a year earlier.
“The strong take-up of our recently launched projects reinforces our view that end-user demand outside key business centers remain buoyant and resilient,” PH1 World Developers President Gigi Alcantara said.
One Lancaster Park, My Enso Lofts and Lykke were said to be the largest contributors, accounting for more than 63 percent of PH1’s total booked sales during the period.
The strong first-half performance also brought PH1’s unbooked revenues to P11 billion as of end-June.
PH1 is also expanding the firm’s 4PH housing pipeline, starting with its maiden offering, Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite.
The company recently topped off Tower 1 of the five-tower Avesta Residences development, which is slated for completion by October 2026, about 12 months after construction began last year.
Other expanded 4PH projects are scheduled for launch within the year in Caloocan and additional sites in Cavite, including Imus and Dasmariñas.
These projects form part of PH1’s initial portfolio of 25,000 expanded 4PH housing units across Luzon, which the company aims to deliver over the next two to three years.
Alcantara said PH1 was confident of sustaining stronger performance over the long-term via the rollout of its expanded 4PH pipeline.
Parent firm Megawide’s share price rose by 22 centavos or 5.15 percent, to close at P4.49 each on Monday.
