PH1 World Developers Inc., the property arm of Megawide Construction Corp., nearly doubled its gross sales in the first quarter of 2026 to P1.53 billion from P777 million a year earlier, due to strong demand for its residential developments outside major business districts.
“Our strategy of aggressively targeting the end-user market through our differentiated product offerings in key areas outside key business districts is delivering the results,” PH1 World Developers President Gigi Alcantara said in a statement on Friday.
“We are confident that this direction will anchor our long-term sustainable growth, together with our participation in the government’s expanded 4PH program,” she added, referring to the government's Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino program.
The company said its strong performance followed a record year in 2025, when sales revenues surged 360 percent to P2.3 billion from P711 million in 2024.
Net income reached P287 million last year, reversing losses incurred in the previous year.
PH1 World said its My Enso Lofts project in Quezon City contributed more than P1 billion in revenues, followed by its Southscapes development in Trece Martires, Cavite, and Northscapes project in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
Sales performance also more than doubled to P5.1 billion from 2024 levels, reflecting sustained demand for the company’s housing developments.
PH1 World is also set to complete several projects this year, including One Lancaster Park Towers 1 and 2.
The company also targets the completion of Tower 1 of Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite by September 2026 under the government’s expanded 4PH program.
On Friday, PH1World’s parent firm Megawide’s share price was unchanged at P100.70 each.
