LUYANG Assemblyman Phoong Jin Zhe apologised Thursday for his statements on the Luyang nursery issue.
Phoong, also State Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister, said his comments made him look biased.
“After the interview (with the press), I found that there were some mistakes and lacking. It did not describe my entire thoughts,” he said, in Facebook.
