Lando Norris teams up with Prime Video for 2027 docu-series

The show, which has a working title of Lando, will air in 2027 and will offer “unprecedented access” to a “more personal side of his life”, as well as “what matters to him beyond the racetrack.”
The show will be produced by Box to Box Films, which produces Netflix’s hit show Formula 1: Drive to Survive.

21:00 , Kieran JacksonThis weekend’s Italian Grand Prix has been declared a “heat-hazard” race – giving drivers the option to use a cooling system in the cockpit.
Temperatures in Monza, just north-east of Milan, are expected to be higher than 31C – the barometer for a “heat hazard” race – throughout the weekend. On Wednesday, it hit 36C in Milan.
The ruling allows drivers to use a system that cools liquid in their cockpit, using pipes underneath a fireproof top worn under their racing suit.

Monaco Grand Prix result changes three months after race – with Pierre Gasly losing F1 podium
19:30 , Kieran JacksonPierre Gasly has lost his podium finish at the Monaco Grand Prix in June after an appeal from McLaren and Red Bull was upheld by the FIA’s International Court of Appeal.
Gasly finished third at the chequered flag on track in the principality on 7 June, but was demoted to seventh when two five-second penalties for pit-lane speeding were applied post-race, with fellow Frenchman Isack Hadjar (Red Bull) promoted to third.
However, that decision was overturned after a right to review on 12 June, with the stewards accepting Renault-owned Alpine's evidence that there had been a timekeeping error.
The FIA's International Court of Appeal then met last month to hear a McLaren and Red Bull challenge, with the verdict issued on Friday during the start of the Italian Grand Prix – nearly three months later.

19:00 , Kieran JacksonFlavio Briatore has accused a “nasty” FIA judge of having a “working relationship” with McLaren in an extraordinary outburst against the British team on the eve of Sunday’s Italian Grand Prix.
The controversial Briatore – who had a lifetime Formula One ban overturned for fixing the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix – arrived for Friday’s team representative press conference armed with an A4 piece of paper.
He proceeded to take aim at McLaren, just hours after it had been confirmed that Alpine driver Pierre Gasly had been stripped of his podium from June’s Monaco Grand Prix.

“We need to look into that, execution in Q3 was pretty bad, ended up in middle of nowhere with nobody and when you're following another car, the braking distances adjust, it's all about rhythm and I got out of rhythm. It wasn't a terrible lap and ultimately we didn't maximise it.
On race: “We have a really great car, it's all Mercedes engines up ahead of us, they're gaining several tenths on the straights, that's what it is. I'm really greatful to the guys back in the factory, they did bring an upgrade, they are really pushing.”

Kimi Antonelli, who is expected to take a grid penalty at his home race, leads the world championship standings by 59 points to Mercedes teammate George Russell and Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton, with the Italian having finished second at the last race in Zandvoort.
At the Dutch GP, reigning F1 world champion Lando Norris won his second straight grand prix with a composed drive at Zandvoort, after recording a sublime pole position. Norris is now fourth in the drivers’ standings, 83 points behind Antonelli.
Ferrari will be hoping to land a victory at their traditional home race, with Charles Leclerc a two-time winner in Monza and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, who crashed out on the first lap last time out, will be looking to bounce back.
