Everton have made a move for Torino defender Armando Izzo.
Tuttosport says Everton tabled a 25m bid for the defender last summer - the highest offer the club received.
However it did not meet their valuation of 40m.
Izzo ended up signing a new contract which keeps him at the Italian club until 2024.
The 40m valuation remains, with Everton expected to try again in January.
