BEAUFORT: A palm oil plantation owner in Kampung Luagan wants the Public Works Department and Pan Borneo Highway contractors to address flooding that is killing his oil palms.
Nelson Voo reached out to Daily Express after reading the papers recent coverage of flooding issues in Kampung Rancangan Klias.

“This was never an issue before the Pan Borneo project. The contractors have blocked all drainage systems, preventing proper water flow,” he said.
