Pokémon x PUMA is keeping its 30th-anniversary celebration rolling with a brand-new Suede colorway inspired by Pikachu. Following up on last year’s Mewtwo drop, this pair keeps the classic Suede silhouette mostly standard while layering on distinct character details.
The highlight of the shoe is a reflective Formstrip running down the side with a sharp, lightning bolt-inspired shape. It also comes fitted with a custom lace charm, and the midsole displays “Gotta Catch ’em All!” in plain view rather than tucking it away inside. PUMA is packing the pair in a premium collector’s box to match the earlier Mewtwo release, but those specialty touches push the retail price up to $300, making it one of the most expensive takes on the Suede model yet.
If you are looking to secure a pair early, an initial release is happening on July 25, 2026, between 12 PM and 8 PM ET at a pop-up location at 101 Union Street in Brooklyn, New York. Official details regarding a broader online or global rollout haven’t been announced yet, so anyone outside NYC will need to hang tight for further updates.
