PENAMPANG: Police arrested a man who tested positive for Syabu during a raid at an entertainment centre, here, early Friday.
The district’s Criminal and Narcotics Division screened 44 patrons in the operations dubbed Op Pusat Hiburan and Op Noda.
Penampang Acting District Police Chief DSP Sammy Newton said the outlet’s manager was also arrested for operating beyond the time limit.
“The individuals arrested and seized items were brought to the station for further investigation. Police will always monitor and advise entertainment premises operators to comply with the law,” he said.
