KUALA LUMPUR: The police will record a statement from former Community Communications Department (J-KOM) director-general Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff today, over a viral video, which he has since claimed was doctored.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said Mohammad Agus will provide his statement at 2 pm, at the Kajang police headquarters.

He said apart from Mohammad Agus, there are several other individuals expected to be called to assist in the investigation of the case.

“...Wahab (J-KOM assistant officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani) will be called soon,“ he told Bernama today.

Meanwhile, Razarudin said police are still investigating the identity of the individual known as “Mr H”.

A video clip of a conversation said to be between Mohammad Agus and Abdul Wahab went viral.

Mohammad Agus at a press conference on Friday (Nov 17) claimed that the video was edited and that he had filed a police report on the matter. - Bernama
