Police to probe incident involving Pala’u kids

LAHAD DATU: Police here are investigating an incident involving Pala’u children who clung onto a moving vehicle.

District Police Chief ACP Dr Rohan Shah Ahmad said appropriate action would be taken.

Recently, a photo of three Pala’u children clinging onto a moving lorry went viral on social media.

The photo was uploaded on Facebook with the caption “Sebelah tangan pegang lori sebelah tangan isp gam sampai di bulan.”

In June last year, Daily Express reported a similar incident of Pala’u children clinging onto a moving tanker.

It is a typical scene in Lahad Datu of children engaged in dangerous acts while carrying out begging activities near the traffic lights.
