JOHOR BAHRU - Police are tracking down a female suspect believed to have abused a baby, in a clip that went viral across social media on Monday.
According to Iskandar Puteri District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Rahmat Ariffin, as a result of the investigation, it was found that the incident is believed to have happened at a daycare centre (Taska) in Taman Mutiara Rini.
"A police report regarding the incident had been made by the public via WhatsApp.
"Therefore, the police are tracking the suspect for investigation purposes," he said in a statement on Monday.
At the same time, the police also asked the public with information regarding the matter to come forward to the Criminal Investigation Division of the District Police Headquarters (IPD), Iskandar Puteri to assist in the investigation.
