Porto midfielder Otavio is a target for Leeds United.
Leeds have seen a €30mn bid rejected by Porto for Otavio, reports local journalist Pedro Sepulveda.
He also states reports of a bid from Aston Villa are wide of the mark, but that Porto will only allow him to leave if a team meets his €60m release clause.
Otavio scored three goals and provided 13 assists last season as Porto regained the Liga NOS title.
The 27-year-old is also a seven-time capped Portugal international.
