Manchester United are set to loan out a young defender before the transfer window closes.
Centre-back Di'Shon Bernard is close to sealing a move to League One side Portsmouth, per the Daily Mail.
The highly-rated defender has only made one appearance for United's first team, in the Europa League against Astana in November 2019.
He has enjoyed loan spells at Hull City and Salford City, and will be hoping his latest loan is a success as well.
Portsmouth will likely offer him regular game time, while giving him a chance to show United's first team coaches what he can do.
