BEAUFORT: Hundreds of PR1MA Residensi Woodford Estate Phase 1 house buyers questioned Local Government Development Deputy Minister Akmal Nasrullah’s recent statement that the project is now completed.Sabah Ethnic Groups (Presbah) President Yahya Ahmad said Akmal’s statement was inaccurate because the buyers have not been able to occupy their homes yet due to piping problems. He said the District Council had issued the Occupation Certificate (OC) and the house keys should have been handed to the buyers.
