The Premier League and Manchester City have agreed a date for their rules breaches case.
With the treble winners accused of breaching more than 115 financial regulations over the past decade, a points deduction is on the cards.
Given Everton were docked ten points for far fewer offenses, City could be in serious danger.
Per The Mail, a date has been set for the late autumn of 2024 for a showdown.
The two are going to face off in front of an independent panel, with the panel determining the outcome.
Much as was the case in Everton's recent case, the Premier League will abide by the ruling and punishment doled out by the panel.
