Premier League referee Lee Mason has not been selected to officiate a game this coming weekend.
Mason was at the center of VAR controversy in the Arsenal vs. Brentford game in the league.
Mason failed to draw the lines for offside properly for the Brentford equalizer in the game.
Had he done so, per Daily Mail, he would have seen a Brentford player offside and disallowed the goal.
Arsenal have received an apology from the PGMOL for the incident, but the club's two dropped points cannot be changed.
Fans will be happy to see some consequences for an underperforming referee.
