Promising cue artist Rhaki Constantino wins Asian Heyball Championships

MANILA, Philippines — Filipina cue artist Rhaki Roj Constantino on Wednesday clinched the title at the 2026 Asian Heyball Championships in Selangor, Malaysia.

The undefeated Constantino dominated over Amee Kamani of India in the finals with a score of 6-3, going 7-0 in the tournament.

She first won a close battle against Malaysia’s Lee Sook Kwan 6-5, then defeating Kamani in the next round 6-3, followed by a 6-2 beating over lisya Naifa Fadillah Nasution.

In the last 16, she defeated Mongolian Sergelenbaatar Byambasuren in the round of 16, then followed it up with a 6-4 victory over Anupama Ramachandran of India, and then winning 6-3 in the semifinals over Angeline Ticoalu before facing Kamani again in the finals.

With her victory, Constantino secured $12,000 from the tournament.
