Premier League giants Everton have had a bid for Hugo Ekitike accepted by Paris Saint-Germain.
Sports Zone states that Ekitike could be set for a switch to the Premier League in the coming days.
The Toffees are desperate to add firepower to manager Sean Dyche's squad as the new season begins.
In a tweet, Sport Zone said: "Hugo Ekitike saw the club tell him that an offer from Everton had arrived and was accepted. It was for this reason that he was dismissed.
"Up to Ekitike to decide, his agents evaluate the option with him.
"Hugo Ekitike had even scored points in preparation and training, in particular by often taking the best of Skriniar (Milan - center back), Luis Enrique (PSG coach) had even congratulated him.
However, Paris has been dreaming of parting with it for a long time."
