PSV Eindhoven are willing to sell Xavi Simons this summer.
The young Holland international has had a breakout year in Holland which saw him make the Oranje's World Cup squad.
With Arsenal, PSG and Barcelona all in contact, PSV are prepared to sell Simons at a starting price of 50m.
Simons came through the junior system at Barca before leaving them for PSG on his 16th birthday.
But it wasn't until he joined PSV that he enjoyed regular senior football.
