Puka Nacua is facing legal action after a woman accused the Los Angeles Rams star of a serious off-field incident during a New Year’s Eve night out.
The allegations have quickly drawn attention due to their nature and the involvement of a high-profile NFL player.
It now sets up a legal process that could bring further details into public view.

Woman accuses Puka Nacua of biting incident and files legal action
The New York Post detailed the claims as a woman filed for a restraining order against Puka Nacua.
“A woman is seeking a restraining order against Puka Nacua after the Rams star allegedly said ‘f___ all the Jews’ and later bit her during a New Year’s Eve night out in Los Angeles,” the report revealed.
It further added: “Madison Atiabi filed for the restraining order in LA on Tuesday, claiming Nacua terrorized her on Dec. 31, 2025, and then threatened to soil her name in the press several weeks later.”
The allegations outline a sequence of events that are now under legal consideration. They also place Nacua under scrutiny as the situation develops.
Court delays decision as Puka Nacua case heads to hearing
The legal process is ongoing, with the court opting not to grant immediate action while more information is reviewed.
“A judge denied Atiabi’s restraining order request temporarily, stating in a court filing that ‘based on the totality of the circumstances the court needs more information at a properly noticed hearing prior to issuing any orders,'” the report continued.
“A hearing on the matter has been slated for April 14. … The alleged encounter with Atiabi occurred less than two weeks after Nacua apologized for using an ‘antisemitic in nature’ dance during an internet livestream,” the NY Post concluded.
The decision means the case will proceed to a formal hearing where further evidence can be presented. It also keeps the situation unresolved, with both sides expected to address the claims in court.
For now, the focus remains on the upcoming hearing and what additional details may emerge.
