However, the Daily Mail says Pulisic's 200,000-a-week wage demands are proving too steep for interested English clubs.
His salary is also a problem for Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly, who has been actively driving down the average salary of the squad.
Pulisic has made just 54 appearances for Chelsea since his 2019 arrival from Borussia Dortmund.
