Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos has apologised for his fluffed spotkick in their Carabao Cup defeat at Liverpool.
The tie ended in a penalty shootout in which every player except for Ceballos scored.
The Spaniard apologised to Arsenal fans after his miss, but vowed to keep taking on such responsibilities.
"I will never stop failing for not trying," he wrote on social media.
"I will never hide for fearing a failure.
"If I would have today the opportunity, I would assume the responsibility without a doubt.
"I am sorry for my supporters, but I want you to know that I will give my soul for this team."
