Manchester United defender Chris Smalling is due in Italy today.
Smalling is set to sign with AS Roma on a season-long loan, says Sky Italia.
The 29-year-old England international will fly to Italy this morning to complete the deal.
The Italians will pay 3m for Smalling's 12 month loan with no permanent option.
Smalling played 34 games for United last season and scored one goal.
