Liverpool expect Dejan Lovren back for preseason training.
The defender is a target for AC Milan.
But according to the official Liverpool website, the Champions League winner will return to Melwood for pre-season training next week.
The centre-back will join-up with his teammates to begin preparations for 2019-20 following the summer break.
Lovren follows Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri in reconvening for the new campaign this week after the duo linked up with the squad on Monday.
