Manchester United are watching Fortuna Dusseldorf youngster Kelvin Ofori.
BILD says United made a move for Ofori over the summer, but the 18 year-old TURNED DOWN the English giants.
United had planned to sign the Ghanaian and loan him to a club on the continent this season.
However, Ofori felt his development would be better served by staying with Fortuna. Indeed, he played and scored in last week's DFB Cup defeat of Villingen.
United are maintaining a watching brief and F95 chief Lutz Pfannenstiel stated, "I think we have a very talented player with us.
"We hope that he will make it as fast as possible in the first team."
