Cinemas are very slowly becoming a thing of the past with the availability of streaming services like Netflix. So what can they do? Offer you a brand new experience, something different from before. Therefore, GSCinemas has announced their partnership with popular bedding brand Getha.
GSCinemas has officially partnered with Getha to bring you the new experience of Aurum Theatre. The Getha Lux Suites at Aurum Theatre by GSC is a new and exclusive boutique cinema. It is also the first ever luxury cinema suite in Malaysia!
To add, it aims to bring you unparalleled cinematic comfort through the ultra luxe halls. Each hall features luxury recliners, private cabins, bespoke services, and even contemporary dining. You can also expect thematic theatres to really set the atmosphere.

The Aurum Theatres feature Getha’s 100% natural latex bedding meant to bring you great comfort. For the first time ever, there will be a standalone gastrobar providing you with a place to grab a delicious bite.
But what does the public think of such a concept? On GSCinema’s Facebook post there were quite a few mixed reactions.
Some pointed out that this was just the same as watching a movie in bed at home.
Others poked fun at the services cinemas would be providing in the future.
Meanwhile, someone just called it as it is.
