Rafizi said this was because Barisan Nasional (BN) was afraid that the party will lose the upcoming polls.

“So in the remaining two or three days they are desperate to find ammunition so to speak and they are attacking me because I am at the forefront i n leading the preparation of this election campaign which attacks UMNO, Barisan Nasional (BN) and Perikatan Nasional (PN),” he said during a press conference at the Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) headquarters here.

Rafizi added that the customs department notified them of a another raid and investigation yesterday.

“As it has always been in the past 10 years there have been various attempts to discredit me given that I have disclosed numerous scandals so it's a last minute attempt to try to show that they can discredit me.

Currently Invoke Solutions Sdn Bhd, the data company formed by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) vice president Rafizi Ramli, is being investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

The investigation is in response to a report presented by a non-governmental organisation last week regarding Rafizi's assets totaling RM18.85 million.
