Kota Kinabalu: The Sessions Court on Tuesday set May 21 to hear the case involving a 30-year-old man charged with raping a woman.
Judge Elsie Primus gave the date for Midrick Makales, whose case was brought up for mention to fix the trial date.
The court was also informed that Midrick’s father could not be located as in previous proceedings. The court ordered his family to make their appearance as the court wanted to know whether the family would engage a counsel to represent Midrick.
