
Kota Kinabalu: A 34-year-old man charged with raping an underaged girl will go trial on Feb 22-23, 2024.
Sessions Court Judge Azreena Aziz set the date for Fendey Sitah when his case was brought up for case management.
The prosecution had served all documents to Fendey.
He is accused of raping the 15-year-old girl at 4.50pm on Oct 28, 2022 at a room in Jalan Bundusan Villa, Penampang.

Fendey, who was released on a bail of RM10,000 with RM5,000 deposited in two local sureties, had on June 9 claimed trial.
In another court, a woman was jailed five years for taking syabu repeatedly.
Clarissa P Esack admitted to the charge.
She was arrested on April 3 when her urine was tested positive at the Penampang police station and she has several conviction records for taking drugs.
The court ordered Clarissa to serve the jail sentence from the date of her arrest.
After completing the jail sentence, she was ordered placed under police supervision for two years.
