Manchester United investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe has made a positive impression on the club's staff.
The British billionaire, who is the major stakeholder in INEOS, bought 25 percent of United from the Glazer family.
Ratcliffe and his associates have been at Carrington to talk to United's executives, staff, coaches, and players.
Per The Mail, Ratcliffe is not thought to have commented on whether he will be cutting jobs or firing specific personnel.
He focused on the positives and admitted that everyone at the club had to address the performance gap" between them and other top teams.
His goal is to have United back at the forefront of world football in the next few years.
