RB Leipzig manager Dominic Tedesco has refused to comment on Chelsea striker Timo Werner.
The German has been linked with a return to Leipzig, who he left for Chelsea in 2020.
Newcastle are also interested in the 26-year-old.
"He is not our player, I have a clear opinion on that," Tedesco told a press conference.
"I don't comment on players who are not under contract with us. It has something to do with respect. That is an important principle that I have set for myself."
