Real Betis have a deal in place for Internacional midfielder Johnny Cardoso.
Cardoso is a USA international and the Athletic says an agreement has been struck for the January market.
An agreement have been reached for 9-10m with Internacional, with minor details now being ironed out.
Cardoso, 22, has played 138 times for Internacional in all competitions.
The midfielder also has nine caps with the USA.
