Real Betis midfielder Nabil Fekir admits injured teammate Isco is missed.
Fekir was speaking after their 0-0 home draw with Almeria.
"We miss Isco," said the midfielder, "but we have to play without him. We have to fight to be at the top.
"We have had chances, we have lacked the finish. It is difficult for us. We have to continue working to win the next ones.
"All teams have some bad moments. It's our turn now and we have to lift our heads and work harder."
