Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti was pleased with their win against Manchester United.
Jude Bellingham and Joselu struck for the 2-0 preseason win.
Ancelotti said: "Good match. First-half very intense. We have defended much better than the first. In the second, more controlled. But satisfied.
"Bellingham's goal is the quality he has. Arriving from the second row at the right time, Rdiger put a fantastic ball on him and scored. And Joselu's is a goal that you don't see much.
"(The new system) is going well. I think Vinicius is adapting well. He likes to play on the inside a bit more, but I think he has to play on the outside sometimes as well. Rodrygo and Vinicius create a lot of danger with the ball. In transition we can play direct. And the quality of Bellingham makes this easy. Today he has worked a lot and has adjusted to the line of four, in a 4-4-2 in defence.
"I don't think Joselu needs confidence, because we have shown it to him by signing him. We have confidence in him. We know very well what he can contribute. Enter the 60th minute and create opportunities. He has been very good at the far post, he has been able to score two or three times."
