Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says Luka Mpdric could yet make this weekend's Copa del Rey final against Osasuna.
Modric visited a specialist in Serbia as he pushes to accelerate his recovery from a hamstring injury.
At today's presser for their clash with Real Sociedad, Ancelotti said: "Modric may be ready for Saturday's game."
On La Real, he continued: "It is a demanding game. We have casualties due to injury and sanction.
"It's a game schedule that doesn't make sense, but it's what we have to do. We are going to San Sebastin with all the desire in the world."
